Onion Marmalade is a chutney that has a background sweetness derived from the slowly cooked onions and is a favourite to serve warm with bangers and mash or try it stirred through quiche with feta. Also just at home on a steak sandwich or with a cheese platter.
Ingredients: Onions (65%), brown sugar, grape juice, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, gelling agent (pectin), salt, pepper, spices.
