Scyavuru is a producer based in Ribera, on Sicily’s southern coast (Agrigento province), amid the region’s citrus groves. The name comes from the Sicilian dialect word “sciavuru” — meaning “scent” or “aroma” — reflecting their branding around authentic, terroir-driven flavour. A smooth, rich pistachio cream made with premium Sicilian pistachios. Ideal for filling croissants, doughnuts, cannoli, cakes, pastries, desserts, gelato and as a decadent spread.

Flavour/texture character: Smooth, spreadable, glossy consistency. Sweet-forward with a delicate salt undertone balancing the sweetness. Pronounced, intense pistachio nuttiness — described by suppliers as an authentic, “true-to-nut” flavour rather than an artificial pistachio taste. Rich, buttery mouthfeel from the oil/fat base; not gritty Colour: natural pale green.
