Ventresca is the most precious part of tuna. It is placed on the fish’s belly and accounts for only 2-3% of the weight of the whole tuna. It is separated manually and cooked separately from the rest of the tuna. Ventresca has a fat content significantly higher than the average tuna; for this reason it is considered the most precious part and it is much softer to the palate.

Free delivery for order above $150 within Sydney metro areas. Otherwise, $15 delivery fee will be charged. For out of area, the shipping cost is $15 for 1 carton up to 10kg and goes up by $2 for every additional 2kg. The carton cannot weigh more than 20kg.
